Procedures

1. All New Members must be sponsored by Current Members.
2. Contact your Sales Manager, the Club Membership Department or click here to submit your referral's name.
3. You will be contacted to acknowledge your referral submission and to discuss additional information that may be needed.
4. To qualify for the Referral Account Credit, criteria must be met:
   • The New Member must list you as his/her Sponsor on the Membership Application
   • The Referral Program does not include transfers, resales, upgrades, or reinstatements
