Welcome Registered & Licensed Dietitian Elayna Nunley to The Houstonian Club!
Elayna is a self-defined foodie who loves experiencing culture and health through food selections. Being active during her youth and college years created the knowledge for fueling performance for long training days. With a service-focused heart, Elayna developed her career to help others build awareness and confidence in their health. She always says, "Trust the process.” You can usually find her in her kitchen developing recipes or helping others learn about what is in their foods. Enjoying her family time with her husband, three boys, and two grandchildren, she values the importance of leading by example. It can be said, that "Food is her love language.
