What is Flex, Fly & Flow?

Youʼll flex expanding your mental and physical limits while building a high degree of strength, power, flexibility, courage, and grace.  You'll fly through the air reaching and stretching and taking your body to new heights.

You'll flow with aerial silks supporting your body, increasing your abdominal core strength and allowing a deeper stretch while gently relieving compressed joints.

Flex, Fly & Flow - "Aerial Pilates"

Flex, Fly & Flow is playful conditioning exercises for the mind/body/spirit, requiring a strong core, upper and lower body strength, and a passion for overall movement.

Once you have mastered the basics, explore deeper stretches and strength movements through assisted inversions and back bends without strain or pressure.
 
Sessions can be offered as Privates, Semi-Privates or Classes.  Pricing will vary based upon session chosen.
