Pilates Group Reformer Classes
Our Pilates Group Reformer Classes are a 4-week commitment. The classes take place on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. - 11:20 a.m. and on Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. - 6:50 p.m. in the Pilates Studio, and the sessions are on-going.
We offer the class for 6-weeks allowing two opportunities to make-up a missed class. If you do not miss a class you may pay individually for the 5th and 6th class.

Pilates/TRX Combo Class
This class takes place on Monday evenings at 6 p.m. and is a 50 minute combination of Pilates Reformer/TRX exercises that will challenge your core.

Pilates Wunda Chair Class
Challenge your stability, strength, and flexibility with our Wunda Chair Workout.
A Pilates Method favorite, the Wunda Chair’s simple design is excellent for finding your balance and coordination while performing exercises lying down, sitting, standing and upside down on the chair.
Members need to be healthy and athletic and ready for a challenging workout!
If you are new to the Pilates Method, we recommend taking our Private or Semi Private Sessions with one of our teachers beforehand.
Our Pilates Sessions are the fastest way to bring you up to speed for the Wunda Chair Workout.
Flex, Fly & Flow - Aerial Pilates
This unique class uses the suspended silk fabrics for supporting your body while you increase your abdominal strength and improve flexibility.
